Produced by Dermot Sugrue at Wiston Estate. 100% Chardonnay. This is a rich and intense wine. The nose is full of baked apricots, vanilla bean and lemon tart (from the glaze to the pastry)! The body is full – the extended lees ageing imparting a textured feel and a wonderfully fine mousse. There are notes of brioche, sweet green apple and a long, buttery finish.
