This Russian Imperial Stout was aged for 2 months in rye whiskey barrels resulting in a rich, complex malt character, with caramel, roasted coffee, chocolate, vanilla and bourbon in both the aroma and flavour. At 10% there’s warming alcohol and a sweet finish. A wonderful dessert beer.
