Little Earth Project Hedgerow Blend

For this year's Hedgerow Blend, we used barrel aged sour base rather than the saison used in previous years to give a more complex rounded flavor. We balanced these richer flavors by adding more fruit than previous years as well as the usual wild hops. Wild damsons, plums, elderberries and blackberries give a really powerful fruit hit that gives such a tangy, jammy sweetness rounded off with a dry tannic finish.
