Typically it shows bright, lifted notes of lemon/lime, melon and grapefruit and a delicate herbaceous character. The Sauvignon Blanc element brings a classic nettle and elderflower zip, while the Gros Manseng gives a gorgeous tropical fruit depth. Endlessly quaffable.
