Pastore Brewing & Blending Il Crumble Pear, Raspberry, Honey

Our last release of the year is a big fruit crumble sour with pears, raspberries, honeycomb, almond and vanilla.

We had great feedback from our rhubarb crumble sour last year and had been looking forward to making another one. We decided to use pear as the base for this one giving it that thick wholesome backbone along with the oats. Raspberries were added for some vibrant berry flavour & then the beer was dosed with honeycomb, almond and vanilla to lend some sweetness to the crumble sour.

The beer is bursting with honeycomb, almond and raspberry ripple, full bodied with vanilla, finishing with tangy pear.
