Casas del Bosque Late Harvest Noble Riesling - 37.5cl

Made from Riesling grapes affected with botrytis, the grapes were harvested in late July, when the fruit has reached high concentrations of sugar. The juice is extracted by traditional pressing, then fermented in French oak barrels, and aged for 12 months.

On the nose, mandarin, creme brulee and peach notes predominate. In the mouth, rich notes of walnut, toasted almond and honey effortlessly combine with a bright, refreshing acidity to give excellent structure and a long finish.
