Elusive Brewing Lord Nelson Farmhouse IPA

A classic Saison grist featuring Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts is paired with the wonderfully aromatic New Zealand hop varietal Nelson Sauvin to produce a beer almost vinous in flavour with gooseberry at the fore. Belgian yeast adds depth to the both the flavour and aroma and gives the beer a bone dry finish.
