Brewed with predominantly Pilsner and wheat and an addition of coriander and sea salt to the boil. Enigma hop was the perfect choice to accentuate the wonderful berry aromas. A serious amount of raspberry strawberry and blackberry puree was added to the conditioning beer. Fresh, fruity and slightly sour, Summer in a glass!
