Bouvier's Marsannay En Ouzeloy comes from 0.72 ha of 50 year-old vines planted on a South-East facing slope. The wines was aged in 30% new oak for 18 months. There is a deliciously creamy, silky texture to this classy wine that has notes of mixed berry, against a backdrop of plum and soft vanilla.
