Vandal Gonzo Militia White Field Blend

Seven Varieties (Pinot Noir, Syrah, Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Viognier, Riesling, Pinot Gris) all picked on the same day from the same north facing, hillside single vineyard. Hand-picked and pressed without sulphur straight to old barrels with high solids and fermented with indigenous yeast at ambient temperatures. Aged on full yeast lees for 6 months, full malo and bottled un-fined and un-filtered.
