Northern Monk Brew OFS061: Beavertail Cinnamon Apple Pastry Pale Ale - Canada

Canada’s national fried-dough; hand-stretched wide and flat like a beaver’s tail, fried until golden brown, and dusted with cinnamon sugar. Topped, rather than filled (genius, you can fit more on that way) with everything from fresh fruit to cheesecake spread to poutine. We’ve gone for a warm & comforting apple pie version, brewed with Calypso hops, apple pie, cinnamon, and a gentle spritz of lemon oil.
