Very fruity citrus esters on opening this crystal clear perry. Taste of melon & pear, with a touch of rhubarb & gooseberry gives a really tasty, zesty perry with lovely astringency providing a backbone. Full mouthfeel that just shouts classic citrus fruit perry. Fermented with wild yeasts.
