Omnipollo Omnipollo x Monkish: Space Cookie DIPA

Note: Omnipollo and Monkish has brewed separate versions of this beer!
It has finally become our turn to brew this collaboration between us and California based Monkish Brewing, first brewed back in 2018 and has appeared in different variations over the years. The idea was to make a dank and pungent double IPA with graham crackers. A 4:20 snack.
