Amber in colour with rich toffee hues, this cider has been made using some of the classic cider apples from Somerset, including Yarlington Mill & Chisel Jersey. It's a wild one, with fascinating, robust tannins.
You'll find zesty mandarin, honeysuckle & earthy turmeric notes on the nose. These aromas are reflected on the palate, enveloped in tannins with a light pètillance due to the fermentation finishing in bottle.
Chill upright, & open a few minutes before drinking.
