Brand New Pet Nat made from 100% hand harvested organic grapes from Burgenland. 61% Gruner Veltliner, 16% Riesling, 23% Furmint. Direct pressed Gruner & Riesling to Steel, fermented with native yeasts. Late Harvest Ferment added to give more sugar to aid re-ferment. Bottle re-ferment and left on lees for 6 months before disgorgement.
