Ross on Wye Cider & Perry Co Red Pear

A variety of such provenance that it was mentioned in John Evelyn’s Pomona of 1662. Grown in Herefordshire
generation by generation ever since, it produces a perry of high quality. It has an iconic and inviting perry pear aroma, with a creamy, nutty sweetness that gives complexity and delicacy to the soft finishing tannins. One of our favourite pears. May contain a natural sediment from bottle conditioning.
