Cattin Freres Riesling Grand Cru "Hatschbourg"

Grand Cru status in Hatschbourg means long ageing potential and a rocky, dry, complex palate and the Cattin’s have been tending this site for as long as anyone in the area can remember.

Made with handpicked grapes. Gentle pressing of the grapes. Fermentation between 64°F and 72°F. Ageing in traditional big old oak casks in order to reveal the specificities of its terroir.

A pale yellow color with golden hues. The nose is mineral with notes of flowers and white stone fruits. A dry Riesling with citrus notes combined to a mineral style. A long lasting finish.
