73% Tempranillo, 15% Graciano and 12% other varieties sourced from 21 hectares of vineyards in Villabuena, Samaniego and Ábalos. The Tempranillo vines are over 60 years old. Hand-picked and carefully selected on sorting tables. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures with daily pumping over, then aged 20 months in French and American oak casks. "A glass-coating opaque purple color, it offers up a lovely perfume of violets, spice box, incense, mineral, and blackberry.
