70% Albarino, 15% Loureiro, 10% Caino White, 5% Godello and Treixadura.
Maceration of grapes during a soft pressing, followed by settling period of 15 to 20 hours. The juice is then fermented in temperature-controlled tanks between 16-17ºC for 20-25 days. The resulting wine is yellow in colour with green reflections. Very aromatic with fruity nuances (pear, citrus) as well as balsamic (mint, laurel) and mineral notes. Powerful in the mouth, well-balanced in acidity and with a long finish.
