Shadow of the BEAST is our take on our head brewer's favourite style, the Black IPA. Although we feel the term Cascadian Dark Ale is a better description for those who've not come across it before! A multi-award-winning beer, black in colour with moderate roasted malt profile. Cascade, Mosaic and Citra hops provide notes of orange, pine and citrus.
