On the palate, even if, overall, the body is delicate and gentle, it nevertheless turns out to be warm as well as fresh and richly sapid. Mainly fruity but with a nice mineral backbone, its white colour expresses all the personality of the Maremma terroir, unleashing a precise and very central harmony, and surprising persistence, perfect paired with Mediterranean dishes which are light but broad and simple.
