Hollick Wrattonbully Shiraz

This wine displays that rare combination of power and elegance. After aromas of blueberry and cedar on the nose, there is an abundance of sweet Shiraz fruit flavours on the palate, but the wine retains a good balance and surprisingly supple tannins. Complex flavours and aromas of honeysuckle, passion fruit skins and roses, typical of the Wrattonbully wine region, underline the complexity of the wine and are in harmony with the ripe, primary black fruits of the Shiraz variety.
